1. Overview
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for Stunning Club memberships, the Stunning Pass product, and hotel bookings made through our platform. All amounts are in the currency charged at the time of purchase (INR for India, AED for UAE).
For any refund request, contact us at support@stunningclub.com with your booking or order reference.
2. Membership Subscriptions
2.1 Cooling-Off Period
Members who have not used any membership benefit (hotel discounts, eGold credits, Collection access, or Tanya AI concierge interactions beyond search) may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
2.2 After Cooling-Off Period
Once benefits have been used, or after 14 days from purchase (whichever is earlier), memberships are non-refundable. You retain access to all membership benefits until the end of the billing period.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
3. Stunning Pass
3.1 Standard Refunds
The Stunning Pass is eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no pass benefits have been redeemed (F&B offers, lounge access, BagAssure, eSIM, DelayCare, or any other benefit).
3.2 Partial Refunds
If one or more benefits have been redeemed, no refund is available. Redemption of any single benefit constitutes acceptance of the full pass value.
3.3 Gifted Passes
Passes purchased as gifts are eligible for refund (to the purchaser) only if the recipient has not activated the pass. Once activated, gifted passes are non-refundable.
3.4 Expired Passes
Passes that have expired without redemption are not eligible for refund or extension unless the non-use was caused by a verified platform outage (documented SLA breach).
4. Hotel Bookings
4.1 Cancellation Rules
Each hotel booking has its own cancellation policy set by the supplier (property or channel). The applicable policy is displayed on the booking detail page and in your confirmation email before purchase. We enforce the supplier’s policy as communicated at the time of booking.
4.2 Free Cancellation Bookings
Bookings marked "Free Cancellation" may be cancelled without charge up to the deadline shown on the booking. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–10 business days. eGold earned on the original booking is reversed on cancellation.
4.3 Non-Refundable Bookings
Bookings marked "Non-Refundable" cannot be cancelled or modified. No refund is issued regardless of circumstances. We strongly recommend travel insurance for non-refundable bookings.
4.4 Force Majeure
In cases of verifiable force majeure (natural disaster, government travel ban, pandemic restriction) affecting the booked destination, we will endeavour to secure a voucher, rebooking, or supplier-side refund on your behalf. We cannot guarantee outcomes in these situations as they depend on individual supplier policies.
4.5 Platform Errors
If a booking error occurs due to a fault on our platform (incorrect pricing displayed, wrong property confirmed), we will provide a full refund and, where possible, rebook at the correct property and rate.
5. Flight Bookings
Flight cancellation and refund rules are governed entirely by the airline’s fare conditions selected at booking. These are displayed before purchase. StunningClub facilitates the booking and will assist with airline refund requests but cannot override airline policies.
Service fee (if any) charged by StunningClub for flight bookings is non-refundable.
6. eGold Rewards
eGold credits earned on confirmed bookings are reversed if the booking is subsequently cancelled and refunded. eGold cannot be redeemed for cash. eGold balances are not refundable under any circumstances — they are rewards, not payments.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@stunningclub.com with subject line "Refund Request — [your booking/order reference]"
- Include your full name, registered email, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (card), or 1–3 business days (UPI/wallet)
8. Jurisdiction
For members in India: this policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Information Technology Act 2000. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
For members in the UAE: this policy is subject to UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
