Non-Refundable
No refund — full booking amount charged- No refund is issued for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in.

Property-Specific Policies
Some luxury properties and boutique hotels operate their own cancellation terms — particularly during peak season, public holidays and for specialty suites. Where a property's policy is stricter than the standard tiers above, it will be shown on the property detail page and on the checkout summary before payment. The stricter policy takes precedence.

How do I cancel a booking?
Log into your Stunning Club account, go to My Bookings, select the booking and tap 'Cancel Booking'. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes. You can also ask Tanya directly in the chat.
What if the hotel cancels my reservation?
If a property cancels your confirmed reservation, you receive a full 100% refund regardless of timing, plus 500 eGold as a goodwill gesture. Tanya will proactively search for alternatives at the same or higher standard.
Can I modify dates instead of cancelling?
Yes. Date modifications are free of charge if made more than 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability at the property. Within 48 hours, modifications follow the same cancellation tier rules.
Are non-refundable rates always disclosed before payment?
Yes — always. Non-refundable rates are flagged in bold on the property detail page, on the checkout summary and in the confirmation email. The cancellation policy is visible before you enter any payment details.
What happens to my eGold when I cancel?
eGold earned is reversed in full for 100% refunds, reversed proportionally for partial refunds, and retained (not reversed) for non-refundable bookings that have been fully charged.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit will appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
What about force majeure events?
In cases of natural disasters, government travel bans or airline cancellations, we work with our property partners on a best-efforts basis to secure full refunds or free date changes. Contact our concierge team as soon as possible.
