How are your member rates different from Booking.com?
Our rates are negotiated directly with properties and are contractually restricted from appearing on public OTAs. The saving is typically 10–20% off the best public rate, not a manufactured discount from an inflated 'original price'.
Do I need to pay to see rates?
Explorer (free) lets you preview member rates. To book at the member rate, you need an active subscription.
What is eGold and how do I redeem it?
eGold is our reward currency. You earn it on every booking and can redeem it against future stays at checkout — 1 eGold = £0.01. There is no expiry on eGold while your membership is active.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, any time — no cancellation fee. Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period. Bookings already made are not affected.
How does Tanya make bookings?
Tanya has access to our full hotel inventory and can check availability, compare options, and book on your behalf within the conversation. She uses the same rates as the search engine.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by Juspay, a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. We never store raw card details on our servers.
