How it works

One trip, carried from first thought to confirmed action.

Tanya brings software speed to research and planning. A human concierge brings judgement and follow-through. You stay in control, and confirmation always depends on evidence—not conversational confidence.

The journey

Seven explicit stages.

Each stage names who acts and what that action does—and does not—mean.

  1. 01

    You

    Share the trip

Describe the destination, dates, party, constraints, and the feeling you want from the journey.

  2. 02

    Tanya

    Structure the intent

Tanya organises what matters, remembers approved preferences, and identifies what still needs an answer.

  3. 03

    Tanya + live tools

    Research current options

Search and planning tools return available information. A search result is not yet a verified Quote or booking.

  4. 04

    You + Tanya

    Compare the decision

Review fit, room choices, current-price context, taxes, fees, and cancellation conditions where returned.

  5. 05

    Human concierge

    Hand off with context

When judgement or fulfilment is needed, review the brief before creating a durable concierge request.

  6. 06

    You

    Approve the next step

You decide whether to accept a proposal, continue to supported payment, or ask for changes. Nothing is silently confirmed.

  7. 07

    Supplier + team

    Confirm with evidence

A stay or service is called confirmed only when the relevant supplier or fulfilment evidence is recorded.

AI role

Understand, search, compare, prepare.

Tanya can organise intent and use connected tools. Tool output should remain visible and qualified by its stage.

Human role

Judge, clarify, coordinate, fulfil.

The concierge owns the durable request, carries context forward, and confirms conditions through the appropriate operational path.
