How many SC Credits do I earn per booking?
You earn 1 SC Credit per AED 10 spent. At Gold tier (2× multiplier) you earn 2 credits per AED 10. At Platinum (3×) you earn 3 credits per AED 10. Credits are awarded after booking confirmation.
What is the minimum to redeem?
Minimum redemption is 100 credits (AED 10 value) for hotel and flight offset. Membership renewals require 5,000 credits minimum. Tier upgrades vary.
Do SC Credits work on all booking types?
Yes. Hotels, flights, lounge access, meet & greet, eSIM purchases — all earn SC Credits at your tier rate.
Can I transfer credits to someone else?
SC Credits are non-transferable between accounts. This protects all members from gaming and keeps the system fair.
What happens to my credits if I downgrade?
Your SC Credits balance is yours regardless of tier. Downgrading does not forfeit them. Future earnings will use the new tier multiplier.
Can I use SC Credits and my membership discount together?
Yes — SC Credits apply after your membership hotel discount is already applied. So you get the member rate first, then offset the remaining balance with credits.
