Hotel General Manager – UAE
Lead day-to-day operations of a flagship collection property. You'll own the guest experience end-to-end, manage a cross-functional team, and serve as the on-ground ambassador for the Stunning Collection brand.
- —8+ years hotel management experience, luxury segment preferred
- —Proven P&L ownership and cost-control discipline
- —Fluent in English; Arabic a strong advantage
- —Deep knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations
Hotel General Manager – India
Drive operational excellence and revenue performance across our India collection properties. You'll partner directly with the CTO and CPO to integrate tech-enabled guest services.

- —4+ years with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
- —Experience with Supabase, edge functions, or similar
- —Strong eye for interaction design and performance profiling
AI / LLM Engineer
Extend Tanya, our AI concierge, with deeper personalization, tool-use, and multi-modal capabilities. You'll work across prompt engineering, retrieval, and model fine-tuning to push the state of the art in travel AI.
- —Hands-on experience with Claude, GPT-4, or Gemini APIs
- —Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and structured tool use

Growth & Partnerships Lead
Identify, close and activate partnerships with hotel groups, corporate travel managers and luxury lifestyle brands. You'll own our B2B pipeline from first contact to revenue.

Own CSAT and NPS for our member base. You'll handle escalations, build support playbooks, and act as the voice of the member in product discussions.
